To keep our customers and interested parties up to date with our new sculpting and sale information we offer an 'opt in' mailing list service. If you wish to receive our e-literature direct to your mail box please enter your email address in the box below and click "Join". Once through the 'entry gate' you will then be asked what type of list you would like to join and this will reflect in the type of mailing we send you.

We would like to stress that your contact details are treated in strict confidence and will not be shared with third parties.

Collectors Club

We have many enthusiastic collectors all over the world and we offer our regular collectors a number of distinct benefits:

1. Opportunity to purchase low numbered limited editions by specific mailing notices.

2. Regular newsletter to keep you informed of what's new and going on.

3. We welcome our collectors to the factory where we will gladly arrange a guided tour for you including meeting many of the staff including our managers and designers.

4. An automatic 10% discount from the purchase price of any future purchase you make directly from Ballantynes of Walkerburn Ltd. This rises to 20% during our Winter and Summer sales.

5. A private pre-Christmas 'Collectors Only' sale during the first two weeks of November each year with a 20% saving.

6. A feedback service offering our collectors the opportunity of saying what they would like added to the collection.

How to Join.

When you buy a figurine directly from us we automatically open an account for you on our internal accounts system.

If you subsequently purchase another figurine your membership will automatically renew from the date of the new order.

Local Retailers Policy.

Many retailers offer their own 'collectors' or membership schemes. Our retailers will be glad to offer you assistance where required.
