Our Christmas Service

Like the real Christmas Elves we're always very busy in the run up to Christmas Day making up a wide range of great gifts to be opened by family and loved ones. Not only are our unique products hand made here Scotland, they can also be finished with a few, very personal, touches. We can engrave your Christmas message onto any of the crystal, sculptures and bottles giving your loved one, anywhere in the world, a lovely personal message to capture the spirit of Christmas.

Buying for a man is really difficult and we make things men, in particular, really like. The sculptures we make are perfect to display as ornaments on a table, shelf or mantle-piece and look great in a reception area, lounge, office or study. The crystal and engraved bottles make really special gifts as they are all individually engraved with your own personal message and/or design. We guide you through this service and having done so many over the years can offer advice, if asked, to help you bring out the best in your gift. We work on a 'one to one' basis making best use of computer graphics and friendly, easy service. Our aim really is to make your present a wonderful success and we'll help wherever we can.

If you have a son, daughter, relative or friend serving in the Armed Forces and away from home we can send a box out for you using our BFPO contract.

Send us your card and we'll put in into the box for that additional touch.

In terms of timings, we'd really like to receive you order as soon as possible, we work extra hours to meet demand and everything has to be perfect. Tell us when you would like to receive your order and we'll hold on to your box and have it delivered as close as possible to your target day.

For an engraved order of glass and crystal we aim to have it made in about 2 days with one day in the post. Sculptures do take longer to make and at Christmas we're also asked to make a much wider range than is usual so please aim off. As a company we have always have a stock of finished items and in addition, we have more at various stages of manufacture. Let us know as early as possible and we'll make your sculpture in good time.

We finish work on the 22nd of December and therefore our last delivery date for Christmas is the 23rd. The BFPO system can take between 3 (N I and Germany) and 21, (Brunai and The Falkland Islands) days to deliver.
