Product Description

The Welsh Guards were formed on the 26th of February 1915 by order of King George V. The number of Welshmen transferring from other regiments made it possible for the 1st Battalion to mount guard at Buckinham Palace three days later on St David's Day. The Welsh Guards wear a white and green plume on the left side of their bearskins and thier tunic buttons are grouped in fives.

We will supply this figurine on a thin 'Collectors' base as standard. If you would like us to mount it on a deeper 'Presentation' style base please choose the option below.
