This is a modern day british army soldier operating a VALON mine detection device. This is cast in electroformed silver and it is mounted onto a lovely solid mahogany base. This piece is designed to take engraved plates on the base to commemorate an event.

The SA80 is the Operational version with side rails, front grip and laser torch.
