This is a very nice sculpture of a World War two Scottish Bagpiper receiving a posy of flowers from a young Dutch girl. The sculpture is a miniature of the full scale monument in Perth and reminds us of the 51st Highland Division's advance across Northern Europe in the late summer of 1944 following the breakout from Normandy.
